**Job description**

Wilride Transport Ltd. is looking for an experienced, energetic individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant as well as provide Support for Safety and Compliance. The appropriate individual will be self-driven and able to function in a fast-paced environment. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Verify compliancy of outside carriers and maintaining carriers information
- Process carriers invoices ensuring accuracy and supporting documentation
- Invoice carriers ensuring accurate billing
- Process Trip Envelopes verifying details
- Daily filing of records
- Thorough knowledge of all MTO Rules and Regulations regarding driving and driver responsibilities
- Analyze and generate reports as required

**Provide support to Safety Compliance including but not limited to**:

- Drivers Hours of Service from ELD logs, driver files and qualifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Audit Driver Logs and provide re-training where necessary
- Support the incident investigation process upon occurrence of work related incidents
- Review and follow up with all traffic tickets, warnings, convictions or accidents, injury claims and other incidents as they occur.
- Assisting with accident procedures and file claims with insurance being the first point of contact working with insurance company from start to finish.
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to Upper Management and the customer
- Data Entry for Fleet maintenance records
- Assist in the renewal of IFTA permits and other permits as required
- Ordering of US Transponders for Trucks and assist with the Annual renewal
- Regularly Audit truck Permits Binders
- Order maintain, track and distribute Driver Fuel Cards and Bridge cards for border crossing
- Update records and provide reports as required
- Assist with other Safety and Compliance functions

**Requirement and Skills**
- Experience in Transportation Industry is an Asset
- Safety and Compliance experience relative to Transportation Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English and MS office
- High degree of Accuracy and Attention to detail
