We’re seeking a detail-oriented **Payroll and Benefits Administrator** to join our crew.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Precision**: Run bi-weekly payroll cycles like a seasoned conductor. Accuracy is your middle name
- **Data Guardianship**: Confirm accuracy of employee information—bank details, social insurance numbers, and job titles—with utmost confidentiality.
- **Record Keeping Mastery**: Maintain meticulous payroll records. Verify, cross-check, and ensure compliance.
- **Benefits Administration & Communication**: Be the bearer of good news Keep our team informed about changes in payroll and benefits and data entry up to date. Work together with our HR team during onboarding.
- **Job Description Refinement**: Other duties as assigned, this role will evolve with the business
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma in accounting or payroll is an asset
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator or in a similar role.
- **Attention to Detail**: You spot discrepancies faster than a radar gun at a speedway.
- **Communication Skills**: Your words flow smoother than a freshly waxed car hood.
- **Team Player**: Collaboration is your secret sauce.
