**Here’s the scoop - Summary**

As part of our Human Resource Team, the **Reception and Site Services Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional services and experiences to our internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a fun, energetic, and highly organized individual who loves event planning.

This onsite position works out of our facility in Acheson, AB and reports to the People & Organization (HR) Manager.

**What a typical day looks like**
- Plan and execute employee events such as annual summer bash.
- Perform front desk duties such as welcoming visitors and managing phone communications.
- Create and update facility communications related to the Human Resources Function.
- Oversee and create quarterly newsletter for Operations.
- Chair onsite Social Committee.
- Provide back up recruitment support for Human Resources department.
- Conduct orientations for new Associates.
- Provide back up support to People & Organization department for various activities such as LMS administrator.
- Manage locker assignments, swipe card access, and obtaining boot vouchers for employees as requested by HR.
- Complete other tasks and or duties as assigned.

**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant post-secondary education such a Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, experience in Adobe InDesign considered an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn how to use HRIS and LMS systems.
- A self-starter, tenacious, driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a complex and changing environment.
- Presents oneself as professional in appearance.
