**Experience Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate (1-3 years of professional work experience).
- H.S. diploma and/or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and website navigation.
- Excellent computer skills, including CRM system experience.
- Professional written and verbal communications with high quality customer service skills.
- A++ Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; responding promptly to customer needs.
- Work well as part of a team; contributing to a positive environment while increasing productivity.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Basic investment knowledge, familiarity with crypto investing is a PLUS.
- Experience in a call center environment and customer service is a PLUS.
- Ability to combine sales skills with technical knowledge.
- Knowledge or interest in the Financial Markets is a PLUS.
- Must have a positive attitude and a high figure-it-out factor.
- Self motivated and ability to work independently.

We are seeking A-Player Customer Service Professionals to join our growing team.

**Mission Of The Position**:
The mission of this position is to empower and support our members and enhance their overall experience

**Essential Duties**:

- Explain and discuss products and services with customers.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and direct those calls accordingly.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Attend all team meetings.
- Service customers via phone, mail and process orders on the various financial products offered.
- Collect customer data and process orders in the system.
- Fill out order forms when needed.
- Collect and process payments.
- Process change of address from clients.
- Handle and record cancellation requests.
- Provide customers with website assistance and onboarding technical support.
- Handle complaints concerning billing or service rendered.
- Direct complaints of service failures to each specific department.

**Key Criteria/Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Strong phone and active listening skills.
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Has a strong work ethic and desire to get results while serving the clients.
- Is comfortable with online technology.
- Is strong with accountability to self, clients and customers.
- Has a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Able to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST
- Office set up with a computer, cell phone, and good internet connection (mandatory).
- Fluent in English, Bilingual is a plus
- Experience in the financial ratings environment is a plus.
- US citizen or permanent resident.

**Bonus Requirements**:

- Experience working remotely from home and or willingness to work from home with discipline and full commitment.
- Crypto Investment knowledge and experience

**Salary**:
$18-$22/hourly
