**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Community Assistant to join us in our newly opened Edmonton location. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the day-to-day community tasks, and being the first point of contact for all new and potential members The Community Assistant is the face of the building, and is expected to provide excellent customer service to TradeSpace members and guests. Training to be completed in Calgary for 1-2 weeks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site sales activities (guided tours, member check ins, follow ups etc).
- Member retention.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure building is in mint condition.
- Facilitate community engagement initiatives.
- Address member requests.
- Report to the management team in Calgary (virtually).

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields is considered an asset
- Sales experience of 1 year is considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of customer service (retail, hospitality, food and beverage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth and development of TradeSpace
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Must be able to travel to Calgary for 1-2 weeks, for training purposes
- Must be able to lift a 5kg (11 lbs) box
