**The Opportunity**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**Content Creation and Campaign Management**:

- Support communications activities by writing compelling print and digital materials, newsletter and digital content.
- Coordinate the planning, development and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Manage the production of marketing materials and ensure that all activities are executed within the defined timeline and budget.
- Lead the planning and implementation of impactful corporate events that support strategic initiatives and engage target audiences.

**Performance evaluation**:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

**Interdepartmental consulting and collaboration**:

- Provide expert marketing and communications advice to departments on best practices and creative ways to achieve strategic goals.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams such Philanthropy and Donor Engagement, Granting Services, Strategic Initiatives and Equity Advancement to ensure initiatives are integrated seamlessly with other business activities.

**Partnership and vendor management**:

- Collaborate with and oversee work of external graphic design, photography, videography partners.
- Engage with event organizers to ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship benefits for sponsored initiatives, negotiate agreements and coordinate event activities.

You will have extensive experience in creating, executing and evaluating marketing campaigns that will help you elevate ECF's brand and drive growth. In your work experience, you have demonstrated a strong understanding of various marketing and communications channels and techniques. You have also successfully managed projects with significant scope and impact.

**Additional requirements include**:

- Thorough knowledge of current marketing and communications trends and directions.
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- High degree of initiative and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with little supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Superior organizational and workload prioritization skills.
- Experience in a non-profit environment is an asset.

**What We Offer**
- Salary Range: $66,000-$90,000/year
- A 35-hour standard work week.
- Downtown work location with free parking available.

- A 9% contribution to our group RRSP.
- A hybrid work environment where employees have the opportunity to collaborate on site a minimum of 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Vacation starts at three weeks per year.
- 12 combined personal and sick days.
