The Opportunity

Deveraux Developments is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Regina. You will...
- Assist the Purchasing Manager by providing support.
- Review purchase orders and change orders to ensure accurate coding and costs.
- Aid the project team in creating purchase orders and change orders when needed, ensuring prompt payment of vendor invoices.
- Participate in monthly budget meetings with Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Offer Procore Support to the team.
- Adhere to tight deadlines to facilitate the month-end process.
- Fulfill other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.
- Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
