Oakridge Remodeling is seeking a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Regina, SK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.

**Requirements**:
**High School Diploma or equivalent.**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with home renovations or remodeling is required.
- Ability to manage multiple renovation projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to meet with clients, subtrades and in-house staff at project locations to organize and remove road blocks that might delay the project
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and under deadline pressure.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at once.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily activities of multiple projects at once, including: scheduling, billing, estimating, purchasing materials, etc.
- Work with customers on project timelines and requirements, as well as create estimates and work orders for various projects.
- Coordinate with vendors on material purchases, as well as coordinate with the customer on delivery dates for items ordered from vendors.
- Work with the Project Manager on project status reports for projects that are nearing completion or have been completed, as well as create reports for each project based on the progress of each project throughout the day.
- Ensure all project documents are signed by all parties involved on a regular basis throughout the day, including purchase orders, invoices, bills, etc.

Applicants with their own reliable transportation for daily running around would be preferred (Kms would be paid as per CRA rules) but not mandatory.

**Salary**: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
