**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Payroll Analyst** to join our team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the **Payroll Analyst** is responsible for assisting in the company’s payroll transformation project. We are looking for someone with an understanding of best practice payroll processes, a knack for data analytics and experience with system implementation. Someone who can work with a variety of stakeholders in various business entities to develop insight into current state and help determine future state requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect headcount, resourcing, and miscellaneous current state data from multiple business entities. Help identify differences and gaps in existing processes
- Maintain payroll processes documents across multiple business entities.
- Participate in documenting future state payroll processes.
- Gather information on existing systems and configuration to identify requirements for new system.
- Participate in the design, testing and deployment of a new payroll system.
- Participate in creating end user training materials (process maps, manuals, job aids).
- Support cutover (go-live) planning & execution.
- Support end users after go-live.
- Provide support in the day-to-day payroll processes as required.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a Payroll Analyst role with dealership payroll experience being preferred.
- CPP or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll business processes and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) preferred.
