Our Small Projects Division focuses on sprinkler system installation, repair and maintenance on houses, tenant improvements, and other small projects. We are seeking a Small Projects Sprinkler Division Manager—an excellent opportunity for a seasoned fitter or project manager looking to step into a management role with strategic and operational responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the small projects team, fostering a positive, growth-focused culture. Partner with HR to recruit and train skilled personnel, maintaining industry-leading standards.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to deliver on time and within scope for all small-scale sprinkler installations.
- ** Financial Management**:Track division profitability, manage budgets, and collaborate with finance to ensure timely invoicing and account management.
- ** Strategic Growth**: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, and develop strategies to expand market reach and enhance service offerings.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education & Experience**:Technical or management qualifications in fire protection or a related field, with management experience in the fire protection, sprinkler, or construction industry.
- ** Leadership Skills**:Strong people management abilities with a focus on team development and a positive, collaborative work culture.
- ** Business Acumen**: Experience in budgeting, cost management, and strategic planning.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
