In addition, you will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on external trends relating to the corporate strategy. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to gather data, analyze results, and create relatable reports that provide meaningful insights and tell a clear story into the progress of our strategic priorities.

- Identify, monitor, and track external trends and prepare associated environmental scan on a regular basis
- Continuously improve our monitoring, evaluating and reporting processes and methodologies
- Stretch opportunities exist within this role, for example, assessing the viability of new business ideas through the development of ‘opportunity assessments’, or supporting business areas in solving complex problems through a structured decision-making framework
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in planning, business analytics, or a related field

- Experience working with internal stakeholders and senior management
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; additional experience with other data analysis tools appreciated but not required
We are looking for someone who is passionate about reporting and has a strong track-record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to monitor and evaluate measures and external trends.
