As the Sales Support Specialist (B2B), you will act as a liaison, provide information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our B2B customer accounts might face.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing
- Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments
- Collaborate with various departments for timely order fulfillment
- Process orders and invoices on the EDI Platform
- Communicate with relevant departments to address inventoryrelated issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
- Assist customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate activities and maximize efficiency
- Prepare various reports and maintain databases
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function
Required skills, competencies, and qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support or a similar administrative role (B2B preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, logistics, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Highly motivated and detailoriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (intermediate level of French minimum bilingual is preferred)
