**Summary**

**Job Duties**

Generating growth in company’s sales by executing on the marketing plans using a variety of marketing techniques. Duties include:

- Create website content for new product launches and work with web designer to get the pages live.
- Writing press releases, articles, and advertorials
- Work with graphic designer to create digital and printed marketing collateral including catalogues, sell sheets, brochures, quarterly promotions, clinical study documents, etc.
- Negotiate advertising space with publications and manage the advertising calendar
- Other tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin or related field.
- 3-5 years of direct work experience in a marketing role
- Computer skills, including MS Office suite, Outlook, Internet, Adobe (Shopify & WordPress are considered assets)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and Pardot is an asset
- Social media experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution, persuasion, delegation, coordination, oral and written communication.
- Superb writing and editing skills
- Possessing the “eye” to review graphics, ads, and all creative designs
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)

En tant que spécialiste du marketing, vous contribuez à l'exécution de la stratégie de marketing en développant des actifs pour améliorer la notoriété de la marque de l'entreprise par la création de contenu original, des campagnes de courriel, des médias numériques et imprimés, des documents de marketing et d'autres ressources axées sur le client.

**Fonctions du poste**

Générer une croissance des ventes de l'entreprise en exécutant les plans de marketing à l'aide d'une variété de techniques de marketing.

Les tâches comprennent:

- Créer le contenu du site Web pour le lancement de nouveaux produits et travailler avec le concepteur de sites Web pour mettre les pages en ligne.
- Rédiger des communiqués de presse, des articles et des publireportages.
- Travailler avec le graphiste pour créer des supports marketing numériques et imprimés, notamment des catalogues, des fiches de vente, des brochures, des promotions trimestrielles, des documents d'études cliniques, etc.
- Négocier les espaces publicitaires avec les publications et gérer le calendrier publicitaire.
- Autres tâches selon les besoins

**Exigences**
- Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle directe dans un rôle de marketing.
- Compétences informatiques, notamment la suite MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe (Shopify et WordPress sont considérés comme des atouts).
- Une bonne compréhension de Salesforce et de Pardot est un atout.
- Une expérience des médias sociaux est un atout
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles, y compris l'écoute active, la négociation, la résolution de conflits, la persuasion, la délégation, la coordination, la communication orale et écrite.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de rédaction et d'édition
- Posséder l'" œil " pour examiner les graphiques, les annonces et toutes les conceptions créatives.
- Excellente compréhension et connaissance pratique de la création et de la gestion des marques
- Compétences très efficaces en matière de gestion de projets, de hiérarchisation, de multitâches et de gestion du temps pour respecter les échéances
- Énergique, motivé et axé sur les résultats.
- Esprit d'équipe avéré, à la fois flexible et adaptable.
- Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français (écrit et parlé).
