**Sommaire**

Sous la responsabilité de la directrice Communication et Marketing, le ou la spécialiste marketing sera amené(e) à œuvrer dans presque toutes les facettes du marketing et de la communication : web, médias sociaux, documents imprimés, expositions, etc. En collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe marketing, vous offrirez un soutien au déploiement de la stratégie marketing globale sur l’ensemble des marchés locaux et internationaux.

**Responsabilités graphiques**:

- Proposer et produire des concepts visuels pour tout type de support (web, médias sociaux ou imprimés) en s’assurant d’une cohérence graphique à l’image de marque;
- Participer à l’élaboration, à la création et à l’optimisation des concepts visuels des campagnes en collaboration avec des partenaires externes;
- Conceptualiser des bannières promotionnelles pour le site web, les infolettres et les médias sociaux;
- Réaliser des contenus graphiques et des outils de communication/marketing à l’interne.

**Responsabilités numériques**:

- Proposer des approches numériques novatrices et efficaces;
- Collaborer à la rédaction et à la réalisation des publications sur les réseaux sociaux (création de contenu, visuels, mise en ligne), assurer une veille et gérer les interactions quotidiennes;
- Établir le calendrier des activités sur nos différentes plateformes sociales - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.;
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour acquérir de nouvelles communautés;
- Mettre à jour et optimiser des rapports de performance des médias sociaux.

**Responsabilités communication et marketing**:

- Apporter son soutien aux activités événementielles locales et internationales;
- Soutenir les membres de l’équipe marketing dans la conception et le développement de matériel corporatif, promotionnel ou événementiel;
- Créer et adapter les visuels des campagnes ponctuelles, collaborer à la création du contenu sur le terrain (photos et capsules vidéo);
- Assister les différents services dans la création et l’amélioration de leur documentation et de divers projets;
- Coordonner le développement de nouveaux éléments tels que les fiches produits, les ventes, la publicité et les promotions, etc.;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Conditions d’emploi**
- Date de début : dès que possible
- Salaire : selon l’expérience
- Horaire de travail flexible : 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 16h30
- Lieu de travail : Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

**Profil recherché**
- BAC en marketing ou en communication marketing ;
- Expérience de 3 ans dans un poste similaire ;
- Maîtriser les plateformes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn ) et démontrer une bonne connaissance des dernières tendances sociales ;
- Connaissance des logiciels graphiques (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Animate ou tout autre logiciel d’animation pertinent) ;
- Avoir un esprit créatif, de la rigueur et un souci du détail ;
- Être bilingue (français/anglais) et avoir une excellente capacité rédactionnelle ;
- Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation, de la planification et de la gestion des priorités ;
- Être capable de gérer plusieurs projets ;
- Avoir une connaissance pratique de Google Ads (un atout).
