This role is ideal for an IT support professional who thrives on troubleshooting, system administration, and proactive infrastructure management.

**Role Summary**
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our Microsoft 365 suite, overseeing Exchange Online, and providing hands-on technical support to ensure seamless operations for our teams. This position requires a proactive approach to system and network troubleshooting, user support, and occasional on-call availability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Microsoft 365 Administration**: Manage user accounts, licensing, and security within Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance and optimal setup.
- **Exchange Online Management**: Maintain the Exchange Online server, focusing on performance, data integrity, and company compliance standards.
- **Laptop Provisioning**: Prepare, configure, and secure laptops for remote employees, with a focus on adhering to cybersecurity policies.
- **Desktop & Network Support**: Provide responsive support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring efficient resolution for remote users.
- **System Health & Maintenance**: Regularly update and patch systems, monitor IT infrastructure, and ensure all devices are enrolled in Microsoft Endpoint Manager for security and compliance.
- **User Assistance & Training**: Guide users through technical issues, provide training on system use, and document solutions for knowledge sharing.
- **Technology Evaluation**: Assess and test new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.
- **Physical Requirements**: Occasionally handle the setup and movement of servers and desktop equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and endpoint management.
- Experience in remote technical support and laptop provisioning.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in remote support scenarios.
