Welder Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in White Rock, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

• Read and Interpret Blueprints: Utilize your technical expertise to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repair of metal structures and components.
• Perform Welding Operations: Perform various welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc techniques to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.
• Inspect Finished Work: Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain Equipment: Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and effective communication.

• Education and Certification: Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship, along with certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB).
• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure accuracy and precision in all welding tasks.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to heavy machinery and equipment.
