**About the job**
**What you will be doing**
- Full-cycle recruiting for business and tech positions
- Develop a pipeline of top talent through various sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs and priorities
- Analyze recruiting metrics to provide recommendations and continually improve our hiring processes
- Monitor the broader startup recruiting landscape to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Attend recruiting events that speak to the roles Andorix is hiring for
- Manage external partnerships with colleges/universities, associations, and job boards, etc.
- Research, recommend and represent the company at in-person and virtual recruitment events to drive awareness of the company's career opportunities
- Develop and implement online and offline employer branding initiatives
**About you**
You are a recruiter at heart, and it shows You think strategically and bring the tenacity, creativity and resourcefulness to create solutions to build a talent pipeline.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech startup
- Experience with senior leadership search is an asset
- Proven ability to source and maintain relationships with world-class talent
- Excellent judgment and proven ability to assess talent
- An orientation to partnership; you're not afraid to consult hiring managers and share your perspective
- Outstanding EQ, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Eagerness to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
