**Summary of the Role**:
The Amazon Category Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing accounts and product listings, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue within assigned product categories on Amazon. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, e-commerce expertise, and knowledge of Amazon's platform to drive category growth and achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day business activities and take ownership for Enterprise Networking business unit
- Plan, initiate and execute regular promotional activities and major sales events
- List new products online, maintain existing product listings to ensure accuracy on Amazon store (product-related contents, pricing, customer ratings & reviews) and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
- Optimize product keyword searches through Amazon paid search ads to maximize sales opportunities for the account
- Take responsibility for creating, scheduling, and managing E-com marketing campaigns with internal and external teams and reviewing performance(ROI)
- Monitor & manage inventory, provide accurate sales forecasting
- Monitor product best sellers rank and conduct research & analysis on competitor listing performances
- Analyze data and generate reports to track sales performance, identify market trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and areas of growth
- Maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships, expectations and communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation and finance to perform all other tasks related to this position
**Desired Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor/Post-graduate degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or relevant work experience in the e-commerce industry
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work proficiency in Mandarin
- Previous Amazon platform (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Paid Search Ads) experience is an asset
- Familiarity with SMB network product is a big asset (Network Switch, Access Point)
