In this role, you will:
- Provide online category management expertise to assigned head office customer(s) in the areas of product mix, merchandising, promotion, pricing, and profitability to enable Kimberly-Clark to be the supplier of choice and to assist retailers in the digital management and continued development of KCI’s product categories.
- Provide digital shelf management analytics and expertise for Amazon with key focus on content integrity, search performance, pricing, and availability.
- Initiate and assist in projects pertaining to the development of category overviews and action plans, as directed by key stakeholders, utilizing category and digital shelf management tools that will deliver customer category objectives and improve sales results for K-C.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities in both Amazon and the eRetail space. Source, monitor, report and make recommendations on the eCommerce consumer, customer and market.
- Uncover and share trends/insights within the online channel.
- Assist in developing eCommerce knowledge and expertise in the Sales team to enable Kimberly-Clark to take full advantage of all sales opportunities.
- Communicate with Marketing brand management personnel on key eCommerce category initiatives and developments to ensure category management principles are included when developing products, marketing plans, and programs.
- May provide technical support with POS data processing and Nielsen Quad (weekly) data reports, and translating purchased data into K-C meaningful data to support analysis.
- Contribute, when required, in situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and personnel development.
- Contribute to the achievement of business and personal objectives by seeking and responding to performance and development feedback, and by initiating personal development activities to enhance functional effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- A recognized Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite, OCR and Brand View Pro Clavis, Kantar, eMarketer, Euro monitor, Nielsen Analytics
- Broad knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape, as well as strong foundational eCommerce knowledge
- Ability to develop and interpret market, business and financial analysis supporting the execution of national / regional business.
