Founded in 2005, we operate an internationally recognized upscale portrait studio in Mississauga that creates one-of-a-kind paintings for families. We are growing our fabulous team to accommodate high demand for our beautiful product. The secret to our success is great people. We are now looking for a production assistant to join our dream team of soul-aligned humans who will feel like family to you. In this job, you'll be doing something that will have a lasting impact on every client we serve, it is truly meaningful work. Our mission is for every child to grow up in a home with a beautiful family portrait which is a daily reminder of how loved and important they are. At our core, we all need to feel important.

**DUTIES: This role is to support the studio's awesome production manager**
- Frame artwork, install nameplates
- Receive frames (every 6-8 weeks) - unpacking, assigning to clients, storing, updating frame chart
- Communicate with clients about their artwork & proofing
- Some final retouching & editing of the proofs using Photoshop skills
- Packing & shipping artwork to clients
- Assist with ordering from vendors
- Reviewing and approving retouches
- Arranging installations of artwork for clients
- Back up photographer (training provided)
- Work with Google Suites updating various charts/spreadsheets, updating database with notes
- Some weekends required occasionally for cross training
- Calling, scheduling & meeting clients. Our clients are very sophisticated and high profile, you will be expected to present well & be able to establish rapport with each family (you're probably an extrovert)
- Painting portraits - must have experience painting & be great at mixing colors
