Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking to hire a BIM / Digital Specialist with a passion for technology to join our studio. This is a unique role within our Digital Practice Department (DPD). This role responds to the digital disruption that is accelerating in the AEC industry and recognizes that the success of BIM is dependent on the ability to respond and adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape. Our DPD team is comprised of nine full-time staff, led by our Chief Technology Officer. The team is dedicated to leveraging innovations into project workflows and our studio. If you are passionate for a role that explores methods to digitize the practice of architecture and design, we want to talk.

**What you will do**:
You will assist with the following deliverables across a variety of projects including but not limited to:

- Creating and managing project instances within cloud-hosted solutions like BIM 360
- Developing content within Revit for use the architectural modelers throughout the studio
- Conducting on-site laser scans and/or in-office laser scan processing
- Providing technical support for our studio members
- Participating in the exploration, implementation and utilization of new technologies throughout the studio
- Providing support for technology in our studio, in collaboration with our Facility Manager and Information Technology team

**What you will bring**:

- Degree/diploma in Architecture and/or BIM Management
- 1+ year experience working in the AEC industry
- Required skills: Experienced with Revit, (BIM 360), Navisworks, Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint)
- Strong desire and interest to learn and work with our latest laser scanning technologies
