**Duties**:
This position entails supporting the delivery of FedNor programs, products, services and initiatives to Northern Ontario stakeholders, including communities, indigenous communities, not-for-profit organizations and small and medium sized businesses.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the duties of the position.

AND

Accreditation for a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA).

Indeterminate incumbents of positions in the CO group on June 21, 2021, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the CO group.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Experience analysing data or investigating legal, financial or business information and formulating recommendations.
EX2 - Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
EX3 - Experience in managing and monitoring contribution agreements or major financial contracts.

ASSET EXPERIENCE
AE1 - Experience in engaging with stakeholder groups that support the economic inclusion of equity-seeking groups (e.g., Indigenous Peoples, Black or Racialized Persons, Persons with Disabilities, 2SLGBTQIA+, Women) and/or rural and remote communities.
AE2 - Experience in supervising employees.
AE3- Experience in making presentations to groups of business or community leaders.
AE4 - Experience in using a client relationship management software.
