**Coordinator, Centre for Entrepreneurship**

Reporting to the Associate Dean, the Coordinator, will be largely responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of curriculum development projects.

Credentials included in curriculum development projects range from Micro-Credentials to Degrees, and include new program development as well as redevelopment projects. The Coordinator will also coordinate all the micro-credential projects awarded funding whether internally funded or funded by the ministry. The incumbent will work with all aspects of the college from the registrar's office, continuing education, Deans and Associate Deans from various schools, faculty, finance and staff at all levels to ensure we have an operational plan to accomplish identified project goals.

This position requires a thorough understanding of project management principles, micro-credential strategy, program quality, the academic environment and the ability to work collaboratively across all College areas and industry partners. Several sub-committees have been setup to ensure decisions can be made in a timely manner and this position is integral to coordinating those efforts, ensuring timelines are met. Those sub-committees include, but may not be limited to, Quality Assurance, New-Program Development, Multi-phase development Strategy, Marketing, and Registrar’s sub-committee.

**Responsibilities**:
The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Coordinate development curriculum projects in support of academic quality and program renewal**
- ** **Coordinate program development ensuring that each project is completed within time and budget parameters.
- Identifies risk factors, addressing and reporting on these in a timely manner.

**Coordinate deployment of programs**
- ** **Working collaboratively with administration, CE, registrar’s office, finance, marketing and other departments, establish a process by which micro-credentials get costed, published to the catalogue, receive registrations and get awarded credentials.
- Ensure each of the micro-credentials is deployed and ready for enrolment by the specified timeframe.
- Establish a testing process to validate that the deployment was successful.
- Setting up and tracking metrics for successful development, quality and uptake.

**Success metrics & Communications**
- ** **Prepares key update communications and reports on the development to stakeholders, including any Directors, Associate Deans and Deans.
- Setup tracking and dashboards for curriculum projects to allow visualization of success metrics to Administration.

**Other Duties as Assigned**

**Qualifications**:
The successful applicant will have:

- No specific diploma or degree is required. Applicants can come from a range of disciplines from Education to Office Administration to General Business.
- Having experience in Project Coordination, a Certified Associate in Project Management designation or a Business Analysis certification/diploma would be required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects or program related development or delivery in Continuing Education, Post-secondary Programs or Corporate Training/Learning and Development.
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion with the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of students, employees and the community.
