Job Title: Centre Manager - Hamilton

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform general centre reception duties and errands.
- Organize and maintain office common areas.
- Administer client exit surveys.
- Monitor and respond to any incoming centre communications.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide backup (when necessary) to front-line service staff working with clients
- Provide client services support as needed
- Coordinate the resolution of IT issues with the external IT partner
- Prepare, update, and maintain centre documentation. Document and update operational policies and procedures
- Procure and maintain any centre/office/event supplies or equipment
- Coordinate facilities administration and maintenance
- Administer employee onboarding activities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
- Generate business, operations and cashflow reports for the Executive Director
- Assist with special projects and events
- Provide support for the Fund & Donor Development initiatives
- Provide support for the Fund & Donor Development by coordinating church partners
- Coordinate engagement and activities of volunteers and student employees
- Record donation receipts in the centre's CRM (eTapestry)
- Reconcile donation receipts between the amounts in CRM and bank deposits monthly
- Process donor EFTs bi-weekly
- Manage weekly social media posts

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expresses full agreement with the centre’s Purpose, Mission and Vision Statements, the Sanctity of Human Life Statement, the Statement of Faith and Core Values
- Expresses full agreement with the Clinic’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and Lifestyle Standards Policy
- Minimum 3-year diploma, with a focus in humanities and/or business administration. A 2-Year medical administration diploma is preferred
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as an office assistant/supervisor/manager or in a related field
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and set deadlines
- Show initiative in identifying and addressing needs in the centre
- Experience in the use of fundraising software, or CRM software, is preferred
- A valid driver's license

**Position overview**:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Centre Manager will maintain day-to-day centre operations and handle organizational and administrative support tasks. This may include but not be limited to managing the front desk, organizing files, scheduling appointments, data entry, proofreading, receiving clients and other duties, depending on the needs of Atwell at the time.

**Reporting structure**:
Reports to: Executive Director

All personnel, including staff and volunteers should seek to be a role model in attitude, speech, and actions in their consistent daily walk with Jesus Christ. They should be prepared to explain Atwell’s Christian beliefs and practices to all visitors and callers. They should be prepared to provide resources and assistance, consistent with the Statement of Faith and Mission Statement, to all those who inquire.
