**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Category Sales Development Analyst, Domestic Waters based at our Guelph location reporting into the Category Development and Revenue Manager. This role will execute on assigned category to deliver agreed objectives/targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue the growth of the Domestic Waters portfolio.
This is a hybrid remote/office-based role out of Aberfoyle, Ontario.
A day in the life of a Category Sales Development Analyst
As a Category Sales Development Analyst, you will use analytic capabilities to uncover insights and actionable recommendations to help guide the sales and category strategies of the domestic waters portfolio. You will be working with cross-functional teams to make plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Conduct recurring and ad hoc business, category and shopper analysis; including monthly share reporting, competitive promotional activity, retailer specific reporting, retailer assortment and space analyses, distribution and pricing analyses
- Creation of fact-based selling stories by providing relevant category, channel, customer and shopper information; including under/over performance, rationale and potential future opportunities for growth
- Develop actional insights for assigned categories utilizing AC Nielsen, Numerator Promotional Intel, and retailer specific data
- Support the monthly (MBP) and annual (ICP) Sales process working cross-functionally to identify trends and to ensure business plans based on facts, analysis and post evaluation
- Support forecasting process working with Account Teams to identify gaps in monthly forecast
- Collaborate with internal peers to share best practices/insights to drive Category, Channel and Shopper related initiatives
- Handle special projects as assigned

What will make you successful?

**Qualifications**:

- A university or college degree in a business-related discipline ideally in a Business Administration with a focus on sales, marketing, or finance, combined with 3 or more years in category development or sales analysis
- Proficient knowledge of AC Nielsen
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Customer loyalty data and Numerator Promotional Intel is a strong asset
- Expertise in the retail landscape and CPG experience
- Detailed oriented, self starter with strong interpersonal, communication, project management and organizational skills

**Pay Range**: $76,465.00 - $104,977.00.
