You will provide essential support to the Finance Director in daily accounting operations and month-end closing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in manufacturing and significant expertise in bill of materials and inventory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of month-end journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheets across multiple entities.
  • Review and adjustment of standard costs and bill of materials.
  • Analysis of cycle count discrepancies to identify root causes.
  • Conduct monthly and year-to-date variance analysis comparing actual results to prior years and budgets.
  • Development of the month-end financial dashboard.
  • Completion of daily financial indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a financial analyst or finance professional.
  • Minimum of 3 years in accounting and finance management.
  • Progress towards or possession of a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Expertise in Bill of Materials and Inventory Management.

Work Model: Onsite full-time

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
