- Evaluate Financial Performance: Dive deep into the numbers, conducting variance analysis to drive actionable insights.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple departments.

- Present with Impact: Shine in the spotlight by delivering compelling presentations at our monthly Business Review Meetings.

**AUTOMATION & INNOVATION**
- Increase productivity by identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including creating standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must, with a CPA designation highly regarded.
- Experience: Bring at least three years of relevant experience to the table, ideally in a similar role.
- Digital Dynamo: Your digital capabilities, including data analytics and experience with tools like RPA, are essential.
- Tech Savvy: Excel, Access, Word - you're a pro. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, OneStream, and M3? Even better.

**BONUS POINTS**
- Hands-On Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing/plant control is a definite plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English? We'd love to hear from you.
