**Purpose of the position**
- In order to develop the customer experience, excellent financial health is required, with the FP&A analyst being an essential collaborator with their business partners. This person will provide the data, budgets and analyses necessary for informed decision-making for all of Ren’s Pets major functions.

**Your mission at Groupe Legault, dedicated to supporting Ren’s Pets**
- Participate in the month-end process, prepare journal entries and identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the preparation and development of budgets and financial forecasts; Ensure budgetary control of operating costs.
- Participates and supports the information gathering for audits.
- Responsible for producing and analyzing inventory, sales, margins and loyalty program reports.
- Completes the monthly phasing for stores and uploads.
- Act as a business partner for the retail, category management and marketing teams.
- Provide recommendations based on financial analyses. Be the economic conscience in the discussions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and identify opportunities for automation and simplification of recurring accounting processes.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- CPA accounting designation (asset).

Special Abilities
- Knowledge of SAP (asset);
- Knowledge of NAV (asset);
- Knowledge of _Business Object_, _WEB BI_ (asset);
- Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI
- Knowledge of the Office365 suite;
- Knowledge of Jet Reports (asset)
- Fluency with Excel (mandatory);
- Oral and written communication skills, in English.
