Business Development Representative

**Responsibilities**:
Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team with key decision-makers such as practice owners and office managers.
Outreach Strategy: Conduct personalized outreach approaches to dental professionals, focusing on showcasing how Optio’s services can enhance their patient engagement and grown their practice.
CRM Management: Track and manage leads within the CRM, ensuring all communication and touchpoints are accurately logged and followed up on.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to ensure lead generation campaigns are working successfully.
Product & Industry Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of Optio Publishing’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
**Qualifications**:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong acumen.
Sales Mindset: Self-starter ready to reach out to new prospects and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently but also contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the company.

We’re seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities, helping dental practices understand the value of our SaaS and marketing solutions.
