Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the President

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar)
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
