Our core business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (may vary depending on the role). This position is ideal for someone eager to play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient operations, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to the success of administrative and billing processes.
**General Description**:
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Administrative Clerk will collaborate with the Business Operations Support team to support sub-metering projects. This role involves working closely with both the Toronto and Lindsay field offices to coordinate and organize project information. Key responsibilities include verifying labour hours, preparing as-built documentation, generating reports, and managing the filing and organization of records.
**Characteristics, Features, Requirements**:
This full-time position requires expertise in administration, project management, and job costing. The role involves direct coordination with CARMA’s Field Technicians, Project Managers, and Account Executives across all branches. The Administrative Clerk will also work closely with internal departments, including the Meter Service Centre, Shipping & Receiving, Purchasing, Finance, and the Leadership Team.
