**What’s the job?**

We are looking for a full-time **Paid Advertising Operations Manager** to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Brand Project Manager, you’ll be able to launch your career with opportunities to execute your own paid ads strategies and people management skills.
- Oversee and manage a team of Ads Specialists, Ad Strategists, and Account Managers.
- Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Meet with the team regularly to brainstorm and execute ads strategies to improve accounts’ KPIs.
- Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific e-commerce KPIs.
- Ensure that all advertising activity is consistent with the brand's sense of purpose
- Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
- Stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
- Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation
- Create and maintain detailed reporting templates to deliver regular KPIs to account owners.
- Assist sales team in acquiring new accounts.
- Drive Performance marketing and CRM initiatives
- Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to improve accounts’ advertising performances.
