We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by developing and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and more.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies tailored to client objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
- Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing creatives that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages and resonate with their target audience.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights, and present findings to clients.
- Implement advanced tracking mechanisms to monitor leads throughout the client's sales funnel, from lead generation to consultation booking and beyond, ensuring seamless tracking and optimization of the entire customer journey.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid advertising, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in the medical aesthetics/plastic surgery industry.
- Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information and campaign performance metrics in a clear and concise manner.
- A genuine passion for medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, beauty and skincare, with a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
