- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information and follow up

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office setting, preferably in a Therapy/Psychology office
- Proficiency in Jane App, Google Workspace, Exel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact warmly, professionally and discerningly with clients and staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, quick thinker, focused, diligent
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
