**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth interactions.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and vendor management.
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance as needed to promote a productive work environment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally while managing incoming calls and inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in supervising staff or managing teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with human resources practices is advantageous.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
