**Logistics/Office Administrator**
The job duties of this position include working closely with our Operations Manager to assist with operational/logistics tasks such as receiving, shipping, and other administrative tasks.
A formal Business education is preferred but not required. This position is open to new graduates.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct pre-acceptance product/component inspections for basic parts.
- Provide support to the management and office staff as needed, including generation, distribution and collection of documents.
- Data entry and maintenance.
- Answering and distributing phone calls within the company.
- Manage and track inventory closely, following the company’s processes.
- Assist with shipping duties including packing products for shipping, packing lists, and commercial invoices, in full compliance with GSCI policies and Canadian export procedures.
- Order supplies and keeping track of supply levels.
- Record day to day financial transactions like credit card reconciliation.
- Maintain health and safety policies.
- Other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

- Strong business acumen with an analytical yet common-sense approach
- Basic computer software knowledge and a natural ability to navigate various software
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A formal business education is an asset
- ERP knowledge is an asset but not mandatory (Experience working with Epicor is an asset but training will be provided to the employee)
Part-Time, permanent position (30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full time role.
