**Territory Sales Representative** **- Auto Parts and Supply**

Novalex Auto Parts Inc. is a leading auto supply brand, and we are looking for automotive supply enthusiasts who enjoy helping others and want to grow in the industry. Our company is a key player in the Aftermarket Auto Supply sector currently with 3 locations and expanding.

If you are a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth, we would love to hear from you as we are seeking a highly motivated **Territory Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our lubricants and parts into the automotive aftermarket, truck fleets, and industrial channels within the Burlington, Hamilton, and Milton region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Cold call and prospect for new customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Schedule and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer visits.
- Utilize CRM tools to document the sales process.
- Attend trade shows to promote company products and programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Post-secondary education is an asset but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in automotive product sales and retail is required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in French is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Confident, dynamic personality with a high level of motivation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Other Requirements**: A valid driver’s license is required.
