As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical billing, practice and clinic management, hospital administration systems to general clinics and behavioral health organizations. This role primarily focuses on prospecting and hunting for new business. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000, plus commission.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Base salary: $75,000-$85,000 plus commission

First-year OTE: $85,000 to $105,000

OFFICE LOCATION AND SALES TERRITORY:

Head Office: Burlington, ON

Hybrid schedule - Office 2-3 days a week

Sales Territory: United States

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years of B2B sales experience, Software sales experience is desired

Medical or behavioral health background being a bonus but not required

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

MS Office: Intermediate

CRM: Intermediate

Behavioural Health Software Solutions, Private Practise(clinic) Software Solutions, Medical Billing Services and Healthcare Marketing Services

SALES CYCLE / PRODUCT VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:

Sales Cycle: 3-6 months for smaller accounts
