BizLink elocab Ltd(**“BizLink Canada”**), is located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, and provides custom designed cable solutions for the industrial and healthcare markets.
We are looking for a _**Human Resources Manager**_ to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all functions of performance management (including but not limited to performance plans), employee relations, recruitment and selection, position classification, compensation negotiation, benefits administration and training
**Your tasks**:
- Full cycle recruitment
- Actively involved in orientation & training requirements for new employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Maintain and update employee handbook
- Design, analyze, implement and update policies and procedures
- Manage performance management program
- Work in conjunction with outside legal firms regarding corporate and employee matters
- Direct the evaluation, selection and implementation of employee benefit plans
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Involvement in special projects as needed
**Your skills**:
- Post-secondary degree
- HR experience within a manufacturing facility
- Proficient in all MS Office software, time keeping systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to deal with difficult situations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient with conflict resolution
- Positive team player
- Effective time manager
- Ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions with attention to time sensitive deadlines
- Fluency in English
