Hexoskin is looking for an experienced professional to drive the commercialization of Hexoskin's innovations for the healthcare and clinical research sectors.

Hexoskin is the leader & pioneer in non-invasive sensors, software, data science & AI digital health solutions. Founded in 2006 in Montréal, Hexoskin's mission is to record and organize personal health information and make it accessible and useful.

Hexoskin's headquarters are located in Montreal at 5800 St-Denis St. Our office is close to public transit (Metro Rosemont), a 5-minute walk from the Plateau and Mile-End, and a few steps to a bike path.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

The **Innovation & Commercialization Manager** will work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company (biomedical, software, hardware, design) to find viable market segments for the commercialization of Hexoskin's innovations. Our inclusive team is result-oriented and passionate about delivering leading innovative products to a large international community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be an active ambassador of Hexoskin's products and solutions.
- Oversee the pre-commercialization activities of Hexoskin's innovation to support the product development team in bringing the solutions to market.
- Find and engage with early adopters in healthcare and clinical research.
- Drive the B2B business development pipeline to bring revenues and growth.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with the Hexoskin clients, partners, and developer's community.
- Identify key opinion leaders and collaborate with researchers to generate clinical evidence and clinicoeconomic data to support the commercialization of Hexoskin's solutions.
- Educate professional clients about the best Hexoskin products, software solutions, and services to reach their goals.
- Oversee the customers' orders and shipping.
- Oversee key clients' onboarding, pilots & tests, and projects.
- Report Customers' feedback.
- Support the Strategic Development Planning
- Accountable for reports & tracking sales and revenues.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on sales campaigns & objectives.
- Attend relevant conferences and trade shows (mostly Canada/US).

**COMPETENCIES**
- Flawless English and French written and spoken communication skills.

- A Master's degree or Doctorate is required in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of cumulated experience in Innovation Management, Business Development or in the Commercialization of Innovations in the healthcare or pharmaceutical Industries.
- Experience with a CRM a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, biopharmaceutical, defense, and academic clients a plus.
- Rigorous work ethics & customer focus.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel to the United States and abroad.
