**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Three (3) year Community College Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or related program (equivalent combination of course work and experience will be considered);
- Experience working in large and complex organizations;
- Proficiency in large scale integrated ERP and billing systems (Epic, Oracle);
- Demonstrated successful experience working with major guarantor files on TOH Revenue and Receivables team, will count as equivalent to minimum education requirements;
- Sound knowledge of Accounts Receivable policies and procedures;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong communication skills enabling clear interpretation of business needs (financial, accounting, BI related);
- Good conceptual, analytical and systems skills enabling root cause analysis and clear presentation of process and systems issues;
- Good organizational, time management and task prioritization skills to meet critical deadlines;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and ability to establish good relationships with a variety of people at different levels;
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Good judgement and initiative in the performance of the day to day responsibilities;
- Ability to deal with many critical issues at the same time;
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related program;
- Healthcare experience and understanding of Hospital activities and organizational structure;
- Three (3) years’ accounting experience, preferably in a Hospital’s computerized Financial Accounts Receivable environment;
- Experience working with large computerized hospital billing systems (Epic);
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Access;
- CPA designation or working towards completion of a professional designation or equivalent experience in finance environment;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
