**ROLE OVERVIEW**

Do you have a passion for delivering Best in Class digital signage solutions? As the Digital Signage Solutions Lead at Envision, you'll lead the deployment and management of advanced display systems like LED, LCD and other display technologies. This hands-on role involves CMS programming, onsite physical installations, and constantly improving system efficiencies. Staying updated on industry trends and integrating new solutions will be key to meeting client needs and leveraging your expertise to create impactful digital experiences that captivate and engage audiences.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and deliver digital signage solutions with Design, Engineering, and Technology teams.
- Procure and manage technology for hardware, software, and services.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to frameworks.
- Manage vendor relationships and support project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to consistently enhance digital solutions.
- Build content shows with designers based on defined strategies.
- Identify and resolve risks to ensure flawless delivery.
- Interface between design, engineering, and production teams.
- Lead post-installation digital support services, including technical support, content management, and client training.
- Conduct onsite work for digital installations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years in digital media, audio-visual technology, and/or experiential design.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism under pressure.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge of digital signage and CTS designations is a plus.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
