The Operations Coordinator will be expected to help the team grow and expand their business through creating & managing systems and procedures, managing the client database and CRM, planning and executing events, preparing & managing paperwork, managing the team marketing, as well as working with clients throughout their real estate journey from start, finish, and after-care. This role is best suited for an outstanding communicator who loves working at a fast pace, is dedicated to service and helping others, with very strong organizational skills, highly attentive to detail, has the ability to solve complex problems, and a passion for building systems.

**Qualifications**:
You hold a post-secondary degree or work experience equivalent

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, implement and execute systems, checklists, and procedures for various projects and tasks
- Agent support through prepping offers, booking showings, and research
- Maintain up to date client and deal records
- Plan and execute client events and team social events
- Coordinate all deals and paperwork and communicate with lawyers, mortgage agents, and stager
- Coordinate with clients and agents to ensure all aspects of a deal are met on time
- Communicating effectively with real estate leads, clients, and partners
- Oversee and maintain all marketing
- Oversee and update the team’s newsletters, social media, and websites
- Create training manuals for all systems and processes
- Monitor expenses and income
- Oversee and execute other duties as they arise

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
