We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager, Digital Health Strategy to join our team. Reporting into the Senior Director, Digital Health Growth, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and strategic direction for our digital health initiatives.**

**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Digital Health Strategy with a strong focus on patient engagement. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient engagement through digital health initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies that improve patient experiences and outcomes.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and execute comprehensive digital health strategies to optimize patient engagement throughout the healthcare journey.**
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient-centric digital solutions into existing healthcare workflows and processes.**
- ** Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in patient engagement.**
- ** Lead the development and implementation of patient-centric digital health initiatives.**
- ** Monitor and analyze patient engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital health initiatives.**
- ** Analyze patient feedback, market trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.**
- ** Lead the design and implementation of innovative digital platforms and tools aimed at enhancing patient communication, education, and empowerment.**
- ** Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with patients and drive participation.**
- ** Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of patient engagement initiatives and track progress over time, as well as responsibility for metrics that ladder up to broader business objectives**
- ** Cultivate strategic partnerships with external vendors, technology providers, and healthcare organizations to advance our digital health agenda.**

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in a related field**
- ** Proven experience in project management, particularly in digital health or healthcare-related projects.**
- ** Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform data analysis for informed decision-making.**
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.**
- ** Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**
- ** Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.**
- ** Knowledge of digital health regulations and compliance is a plus.**
- ** Proficiency in project management tools and software.**
- ** Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.**
- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.**
