**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls, relay messages to appropriate parties
- Receive visitors and direct them to appropriate parties
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Arrange and set-up catering for meetings with clients
- Develop and maintain a filing system and contact lists
- Order and maintain office supplies and research and negotiate pricing with suppliers
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Daily processing of invoices, matching with packing slips, retrieving signatures, and submitting to Purchasing and Accounting
- Liaise with Office Administrator to handle requests and queries from the Senior Management team
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Perform additional Receptionist duties

**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Receptionist required (2 years+)
**Additional qualifications would be an asset**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as phone systems, computers, photocopiers, printers and fax machines
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School diploma
**SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM**
