- We offer a competitive base salary of $40-50K CAD, with uncapped commissions that could easily see you doubling your salary in your first year In addition, you'll benefit from our performance bonuses, comprehensive health coverage (dental, pharmaceuticals, and more), and two weeks vacation plus extra time off during the holiday season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to qualified leads using HubSpot CRM.
- Qualify leads and transition them to Account Executives to drive sales growth.
- Identify prospect pain points, challenge the lead, handle objections, and set expectations for further engagement.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and timeliness.

Skills, attributes, and responsibilities.
- Transition qualified leads from your pipeline to an Account Executive’s pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process
- You're a results-driven problem solver with a passion for building relationships, challenging leads, and closing deals. You’re excited to work in a high-growth startup and have a knack for turning cold leads into loyal customers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Analyze current workflows and develop process changes to improve sourcing
- Use prospecting tools and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects

Must Haves
- Experience in SaaS or startups? Even better - you’ll feel right at home in our fast-paced environment
- 6+ months of experience making 100+ cold calls per day? Perfect - you’re no stranger to the thrill of outbound sales
- Experience with our tech stack: Hubspot, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workspace
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- A strategic and contextual thinker who can manage competing priorities
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Organized, diligent, and coachable team player

Nice to have
- Proficiency and competence in working out of a CRM
- Outbound sales experience
- Resilient attitude, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
