Inventory Coordinator

The principal goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company’s inventory levels. A vast knowledge of Enterprise IT & Computer Hardware is a must. You will be responsible for our inventory tracking systems further, reviewing levels of supplies, and performing a daily analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain our inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Examine the levels of supplies.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments.
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipment.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Ontario Class G Drivers License and clean driving abstract.
- Background Knowledge of Enterprise IT & Computer Hardware.
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software and forecasting techniques.
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
