**What **you’ll do**:
As a **Supply Chain Coordinator**, you will be crucial in supporting the overall supply chain operations within Voyis. You will be responsible for purchasing system components and consumables for manufacturing. You will coordinate deliveries with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met. You will be responsible for all shipping & receiving activities. You will report to the Head of the Supply Chain Operations.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Supervise, coordinate and review materials handling activities: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products
- Plan and coordinate company purchasing activities: Quoting, processing purchasing transactions, scheduling transportation.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in all supply chain activities
- Resolve various problems relating to the supply chain and implement corrective measures and process improvements
- Utilize the ERP computer system to plan and document all supply chain and material handling activities
- Support Production team with inventory management, transfers, adjustments
- Support Cyclical Inventory counts and 6S systems and other organization initiatives
- Coordinate outbound/inbound shipments to and from destinations worldwide including providing required customs documentation
- Assist accounting with cost reconciliation
- Maintain process documentation for purchasing, logistics, and inventory management

**Skills you will bring to the table**:

- 2+ years of experience in a supply chain operations role, which includes purchasing, logistics, or inventory management
- Post-secondary education in purchasing, supply chain, operations, business, or similar field
- Experience with Netsuite ERP system
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of flawless execution of assigned tasks
- A positive attitude where you continuously strive for improvement and have the ability to succeed without all the answers
- Proven ability to inspire, encourage, and collaborate with your team

**Bonus Points for**:

- Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin, needed to communicate with all suppliers
- ASCM certifications in Procurement or Warehousing
- Hands-on experience with hardware or electrical assembly
- Passion for underwater discovery and robotics
