We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team
- Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries;
- Answering and directing calls;
- Incoming and outgoing mail;
- Filing and keeping files up-to-date;
- Scheduling service calls and record when completed;
- Assist on general accounting tasks, which may include, but not limited to:

- data entry for purchases and sales;
- receipt of payments and balancing daily reports;
- bank deposits;
- processing accounts receivable statements;
Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Sage experience preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Efficient time management skills;
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties as needed;
- Self-driven and motivated;
- Ability to work in a team environment;

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-20 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
