Gincor is seeking an individual with expertise in the areas of review of ERP discrepancies, cost labour, materials, and parts with the intention of providing administrative support to engineering, sales, production, and finance roles. This role requires an individual to:
- Ensure proper costing of labour, materials and parts to provide accurate job and bill of material (BOM) costing
- Conduct troubleshooting to address costing variances
- Input and maintain data in the ERP system (Epicor)
- Receiving and processing paperwork for goods entering the plant
- Assist users in resolving problems, answer questions, and work with users to improve process
- Working closely with Production, Finance, Sales and Engineering to facilitate/process information to the Epicor system
- Support in the roll out of new processes in Epicor with affected departments
- Perform database inquiries and audit to verify system integrity
- Perform additional duties as requested

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills

**Education/Experience**:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or other related field is preferred
- Experience with Manufacturing ERP software (Ex. Epicor, Oracle, Syspro, SAP)
